Director

Selina is an experienced financial modeller specialising in building Excel financial and data models. Selina is ACA qualified and her past experience includes both model building and assurance services in a wide variety of sectors – from transport and security to banking.

Selina has built models for a broad variety of purposes including bid financial models, resourcing models, budget and strategic planning models and restructuring models. Selina has significant experience in the rail transport industry and has been the lead financial modeller on three UK rail bids.

Selina has previously worked within a Group Financial Planning and Analysis team where she gained experience challenging UK and international transport bid assumptions and providing assurance on bid submissions through review of financial models. This gives her good commercial knowledge on strategy and key outputs which she can apply when building models.

Consultant

Paul has over 40 years of experience in the auditing, accounting, advisory and consulting industry. Paul worked for most of his career in senior positions in an international accounting firm. Originally based in London, he was an Audit Principal responsible for the audits (principally in the financial sector) as well as providing advisory services to clients. His experience also includes a spell on secondment to the Financial Services Authority as a Forensic Investigator.

In recent years, Paul has specialised in providing advisory services (strategic and technical) to firms in the Asia Pacific region. This has involved working in most of the countries in the region. For seven years until April 2017 he was based in India and Singapore. This period included time as a Partner in an International Firm of Accountants in India where he also had a spell on the leadership team. He has also acted as a mentor for future international business leaders.

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Paul heads up consultancy services within Russell Analytics & Consultancy Limited. Specific service areas include the following:

• Advisory services for firms wanting to do business in Asia
• Mentoring business leaders
• Independent non-executive directorships
• General business advisory and consultancy services
